Similar reaction of early pregnancy is commonly seen, which accounts for 50% of all people who take prophylactic. In most cases, the symptom is heavy first, and then becomes light and even disappears gradually which possibly has something to do with adjustability of body. At early stage of taking prophylactic, a few people may show slight similar reaction of early pregnancy, like sick, dizzy, weak, loss of appetite, tired and vomit etc. This usually occurs in 1-2 weeks after taking it. If their reaction still severe, then they are suggested to change other prophylactics with less content of estrogen.
2. Increase of leucorrhea. It is probably caused by longacting oral contraceptive medication. This kind of medicine contains high amount of estrogen, which is going to affect secretion cells of endometrium, and thus leading to over secretion of leucorrhea.
3. Swelling pain of breast. It is caused by estrogen's stimulation to breast.
