The Treatment Methods of Insomnia

1. Before go to bed, we should put down the trivial matters and clothes together.

    We fall asleep not because tension and chores hamper our relaxation. Remember the recommendations of psychologists: to live in today, do not fill the mind with painful memories of the past or pending issues of future.    Compared with other classical music, Mozart's music is the most effective treatment for insomnia. It can make a normal blood pressure and reduce nervousness. But if you are not the lovers of his music, you can listen to other soft music before going to bed.

The best music--there are sounds of waves tapping shore, sounds of seagulls, which can relax you. If these do not help, then turn on the electric fan, sounds of monotone buzz will make you sleepy.
